13. Exercise is not needed for success on the HCG diet. If you have been lifting weights, you should consider to cut down your workouts to just walking on a treadmill for 15 minutes a day.
14. Try to take 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to your daily routine. and you can make it diluted with water, but not to spread out throughout the day as thismay cause negative side effects on teeth enamel.
15. Do not tey eat any canned food products. These have preservatives and flavor enhancers that may cause weight loss to slow down, and do not eat the same vegetable, protein or fruit in the same day.
